Early Life and Career

DeMar DeRozan is an American basketball player who currently plays for the Chicago Bulls in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born on August 7, 1989, in Compton, California. After a successful high school career, DeRozan played college basketball for the University of Southern California (USC). He was drafted 9th overall by the Toronto Raptors in the 2009 NBA Draft.

NBA Career

DeRozan spent nine seasons with the Raptors, earning four All-Star selections and leading the team to multiple playoff appearances. In 2018, he was traded to the San Antonio Spurs, where he played for three seasons before joining the Bulls in 2021.
